Hi Bill-

I had corresponded with you a few years ago and just now am getting around
to providing the attached. My father has other items as well, but this is
a start.

FYI--as I look at the web site, I think that he is the person in the
outrigger boat in the "Hawaii section"...I see big Mellin smile!!
